Our regular menu includes soups, toasties, panini, and jacket potatoes and recent specials have included a Thai green curry and a chunky chilli with homemade guacamole, tomato salsa, sour cream and cheesey nachos. We source much of our produce locally and our menu changes with the seasons.

Hot and cold drinks, snacks and ice cream are also available and our children’s menu has a range of options for our younger visitors or those with smaller appetites.  If you’re visiting with children we’ll keep them occupied with crayons and colouring sheets whilst you are waiting for your food to arrive.

All of our food is available as a take out option and you are welcome to take your food aIMG_1627nd enjoy it on the train as you ride through the beautiful countryside in one of our heritage coaches.

The cafe is open all year round 7 days a week from 9.30a.m – 4.30p.m ( winter opening hours from January to Easter are 10a.m to 4p.m Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays).

If you are celebrating a special occasion or would like to pre-book your food then get in touch and we will do our best to help you.
